Need help now?
If you are in danger
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you are thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number now. In the United States and Canada you can also call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.
What Prayer Mount can and can’t do
Prayer Mount is a place for prayer and worship. It is not an emergency, medical or counselling service, and nobody here monitors the site around the clock.
Local crisis resources for more countries will be added here.
